St. Barnabas Apostle and Martyr is an Anglo-Catholic church, or an Anglican church in the Catholic tradition, popularly known as “high church”. We are a member of the Anglican Diocese of Ottawa, which is part of the Anglican Church of Canada and the Anglican Communion around the world. We see it as our mission to offer this particular form of worship, or liturgy, to people who seek to engage all their senses in devotion to God, through traditional faith, music and ritual.
